Neighbor Pass Membership and Auto-Renewal Agreement

1. Agreement and acceptance

This Neighbor Pass Membership and Auto-Renewal Agreement (the “Membership Agreement”) is incorporated into and forms part of the Blok Terms of Service. By purchasing Neighbor Pass, you agree to this Membership Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not confirm the subscription purchase. Terms that specifically govern a plan or promotion will be shown in the app before purchase. If those terms conflict with this Membership Agreement, the plan-specific disclosure controls for that purchase.

2. Neighbor Pass

Neighbor Pass is an optional membership that unlocks the benefits identified on the purchase screen. Benefits may include expanded help requests, additional messaging or interaction capacity, broader community discovery, visitor-list access, feed priority, filters, or other features shown in the app.

Benefits apply only to the Blok account associated with the purchase and only while the subscription is active and paid. The presence, scope, and limits of each benefit are those displayed in the app at the relevant time.

3. Plans and pricing

Neighbor Pass may be offered on weekly, monthly, yearly, or other billing periods made available in the App Store. The plan you select and its billing period are shown on the purchase confirmation.

Apple displays the applicable localized price, taxes, and currency before you confirm. The amount shown by the App Store at confirmation controls. Blok does not control exchange rates or local taxes charged by Apple. Promotional prices, introductory offers, and renewal prices apply only as disclosed by Apple and Blok for the relevant offer.

4. Automatic renewal

Renewal starts a new paid period and continues the membership benefits described for that plan, subject to this Membership Agreement and the Terms of Service. Apple controls the renewal charge and will display or provide the applicable renewal price in accordance with its rules.

If auto-renewal is turned off, the subscription will end at the close of the current paid period unless it is renewed or repurchased. Ending renewal does not create a prorated refund for the unused portion of a period except where required by law or provided by Apple.

5. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel Neighbor Pass in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Cancellation must be completed through Apple; contacting Blok, signing out, removing the app, or deleting a Blok account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

When you cancel, Apple will normally stop future renewal charges. Unless Apple or applicable law says otherwise, access to Neighbor Pass benefits continues until the end of the current already-paid period.

6. Managing and restoring purchases

Use “Restore Purchase” in Blok when you reinstall the app or sign in to a qualifying account and need to restore an active subscription. Restoration is subject to the transaction and account information provided by Apple.

If you sign in with a different Blok account, Apple or Blok may be unable to apply a subscription purchased for another account. Do not share an Apple Account or Blok account for the purpose of circumventing purchase limits.

7. Refunds

App Store subscription purchases and charges are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple's refund policies and applicable law. Blok does not control Apple's decision on a refund request.

Nothing in this Membership Agreement limits any non-waivable consumer rights. If you need help understanding a charge, contact blokiosfeedback@uponblok.com, but cancellation and refund requests for Apple-billed transactions ordinarily must be submitted through Apple.

8. Included credits and changes

If a Neighbor Pass plan includes credits, rewards, or other consumable benefits, the app will disclose what is included for the plan. Consumable credits are governed by the Terms of Service. Membership-only access ends when the paid subscription ends; purchased consumable credits are handled separately unless a specific offer states otherwise.

We may modify membership benefits prospectively as Blok evolves, subject to applicable law and any plan-specific commitments. Material changes affecting a current paid period will be handled in accordance with law and applicable App Store rules.

9. Account restrictions

If your Blok account is suspended or terminated for a violation of the Terms of Service or for fraud, abuse, or a legal or security risk, Neighbor Pass benefits may be unavailable during the restriction. Account termination does not automatically cancel or refund an Apple subscription unless required by law or expressly stated by Apple.

You remain responsible for managing the Apple subscription after a Blok account restriction or termination.

10. Acceptable use

Neighbor Pass is personal to the purchasing Blok account and may not be transferred, resold, shared to bypass limits, or used for fraudulent, abusive, automated, or unlawful activity. Membership benefits may be limited, suspended, or adjusted to prevent abuse, correct errors, or protect the service.

11. Disclaimers

Neighbor Pass is a digital membership, not an insurance product, emergency service, professional service, or guarantee of matches, responses, safety, or results. Benefits are subject to platform availability and the limits shown in the app.

The disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and other general provisions in the Terms of Service apply to this Membership Agreement.

12. Changes to this agreement

We may update this Membership Agreement as Blok or applicable law changes. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
